Borak-Borak..

Last Friday waktu makan tengahari.. jumpa my 2 gfs..biasalah dah lama tak jumpa untuk makan tengahari. Lagi2 friday, ada waktu lunch sampai 2jam. So I suggest makan kat Garuda @ Vivocity.Suasana dia ala fusion concept.Biasalah kalo jumpa.. kita akan borak2 pasal keje. Jum layan gambo makanan.. yummy:P
Sape2 yg baca kat blog ni.. jgn jeles tengok gambo makanan..hehehe:P

Gambo kat atas tu.. is a medal received by my Bro. Member kitani, baru masuk lari-lari anak. Kencang sey, my bro masuk lari2 anak, dpt medal.Dia ada jugak ajak i join dia lari-lari anak on that day. I ckp dgn dia "tak bleh janji takut ada plan last minute." I selalu usik dia.. wah betul2 jaga fitness sey,bro. My bro ni memang suka berlari-lari anak... agaknyer one of his hobbieslah. Just snap this medal.. suka-suka ajelah without his knowledge..hehehe:P

Wkend Corner...

Yesterday after 2 pm, we went to another place.. just to get away from town area...so i went to holland village. Wow, holland village dah bnyk berubahlah. Food market kat atas ni, dah baru dorang punya landscape sey. Holland Village ni is just like another 2nd "orchard rd". Jalan2 kat holland village shopping centre, masuk ke kedai Lim & Arts Living, tengok mcm2 barang ada jual kat situ. I tak beli apa2 pun.. cuma just window-shopping aje. Kat tingkat 2 pulak ada jual mcm2 vintage collections. After that, kita jalan2 ke Cold Storage.. biasalah tengok makanan hehehe.
Coming to festive season Christmas, lots of nice things u can see.
Not bad kalo sape2 tot taknak ke Orchard or ke tempat lain or just get away from town side.. bleh jugak relax-relax kat kawasan Holland Village or just jalan2 aje.

During My Course Experiences...

Lately this yr, my company has been sending me to attend courses. Courses which I attended such as Heart of Success, Stress Management & Some Upgrading Technology Skills. So far one of the best course which I find rather interesting is Stress Management conducted by an English guy, Bob Freldman. Kat course ni, i learn how to handle stress, the proper techniques of breathing properly(breathe-in & breath-out), group discussion, simple yoga exercise & the best part instructor ni kasi some jokes & makes the group laugh. I suka attend courses.. kalo asyik "terperap" kat ofis aje.. bleh bosan. Part gi courseslah.. feveret I yippeeee..hehehe:P

Ni ngah wait nak gi course Team Building.Don't "wolly"...must update in my blog here for u pple to read. Okie gtg.. stay happy always..cheers SC:)

RECIPE- LEMPENG PISANG ( Resipi dari my own mum)

Bahan-bahan:
2 sisir pisang berangan masak(lecekkan pisang)
1 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan gula
1/2 biji kelapa parut (ambil yg putih sahaja), 1/2 sudu teh garam & daun pisang secukupnya)- ni semua digaul rata.

Cara-caranya:
Masukkan tepung & gula ke dlm pisang yg telah dilecek & gaul rata.
Kaut 1 senduk adunan pisang & ratakan di atas daun pisang. Jgn terlalu tebal.
Taburkan kelapa ke atas adunan pisang tadi & lipat dua daun pisang.
Bakar di atas kuali leper (pan) sehingga separuh masak & balik-balikkan lempeng tu.
Bakar hingga masak.

Lempeng pisang sedap dimakan untuk tea-time bersama keluarga.

My BIL who just came back from Bali with his wife bought me the above T-shirt. Bolehlah hamba pakai bila jalan-jalan over the wkends..hehehe. Tks alot for the souvenir.
Today, I was checking my flexi. Thanks to my colleague, she alerted me that I had a balance of 386 from the previous yr. Ingatkan I dah used up semua.. selenger betul I ni tak check...hehehe. Ni dah masuk penghujung tahun,mayb i will use for dental claims.. just normal checking tupun kalo masa mengizinkan. Kalo tak.. 386 tu "burnt" ajelah..hehe:P

Baru tadi dpt emel from my HR @ Hq.. kena attend 1-day course @ Sentosa on 13 Dec 2007. Course "Team Building"... mcm best gitu. Don't worry I'll try to take scenery pictures of Sentosa & the course participation too!!

Weekend Moods....

At last weekend is around the corner... yippee:P
& Thank God today is Friday. So ard afternoon,my 2 buddies & myself went to catch a movie. We watched Fred Claus...i would rate this movie 3 out of 5. There are some happy, sad & funny moments of this movie.After the movie, we just walked along Orchard Road.Later part of the day,we had dinner with the rest of the family members. So we went to Kampong Chai Chee Restaurant,the one along Upp Changi Road somewhere near to Mak's Place. Above are the types of dishes & dessert we ordered.Yumyum... we really had a great meal & day!!:P

MOVIES UPCOMING....

Since the school holidays are here now, perhaps you may bring your family or loved ones to catch the above movie. Upgrading Technology Skills......

Again, my company send me for some computer skills a duration of 2days. What a relief, as I am not required to report to office. Yippeee!! The lecturer, is someone whom I knew during my school days time. The great news is that the course which I am attending, does not require me to sit in for any exams. Yahooodabadooo!!Happy gileerrr bila dgr tak payah sit for exams. Sape yg suka ambik exams.. maklumlah some of the brain cells yg ada dah karat...hehehehe:P

Well, during lunchtime my new fren (a gerl whom I just make new fren during my course), we went to LJS @ Tiong Bahru Plaza. Above right hand corner, this is what we had during lunchtime. Just a simple meal. After lunch, we just do window-shopping ard Tiong Bahru Plaza. There are lots of sales around the corner as the festive season (X'mas) is coming somewhere next month. I didn't buy anything for myself. Perhaps mayb next month.

Okie back to my class now!!

3.15pm- we had our tea-break from the hectic so-called technology class. The management for the computer class provides us some refreshments. I had a hot cup of milo & old chang kee poppiah.. yumyum:P

3.30pm - Class resume as per normal.

4.30pm- The lecturer says" Class, we've come to the end of the course. Pls sign your attendance & don't forget to collect your certificate of attendance." Bravo!!@ Last, I can go home ... yey-yey, dah boleh balik siang!!.. Boleh relax-relax kat rumah.:)

RECIPES...

TUNA & ONIONS
Preparation Time: 10mins
Cooking Time: approx 1 hour

Ingredients
2 medium baking potatoes scrubbed
100g tin of tuna (any brands) drained
5cm piece cucumber, finely diced
1-2 small red onion, finely diced
50g cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions
Scrub the potatoes and place in an oven at approx 200°C.
Cook for approximately 1 hour until thoroughly cooked.
Mix all the remaining ingredients together.
Cut the potatoes in half and fill with tuna mixture.
Those potatoes not served can be transferred to the top display/storage area to stay hot until you are ready to serve them.
Always use insulated oven gloves when handling hot potatoes and opening/closing the oven door.

Ultimate Jacket :Baked Potatoes Recipes..

Preparation Time: 5mins
Cooking Time: 60 - 75mins
Tip: Lightly brush the potatoes with olive oil before cooking for really crunchy skins. One jacket potato (225g) contains more than half the daily recommended adult requirement of Vitamin C.

Ingredients

Slices of mushrooms
Slices of ham, chopped
Slices of onion
Slices of red pepper
Slices of tomato
Grated cheese

Directions
Scrub the potatoes and place in a pre-heated oven at approx 200°C.
Cook for approximately 1 hour until thoroughly cooked.
Prepare the fillings in advance and store in a cool container until required.
Make a meal of the jacket by cutting the cooked potato almost in half and piling in some slices of mushroom, pepper, ham, onion, tomato - or whatever takes your fancy! Top with a little grated cheese and replace in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has just melted.

Yahoodabadooo, tomorrow is holiday. Just receive a call from a close fren of mine to join makan session with her family. When reached @ my fren's house, her family's hospitality is good & I really had a great time over her place. Above are photos of food fiesta in her place.

Just want to share a beautiful phrase that come across in my mind, well it goes like this:

"If you could be born again, where would you want to live?" The answer is very simple, "well, I would like to live where there may be sunshine, blue sky, stars @ night & dreams & there must be you that I love." Apa sajelah yg aku merepek meraban lagi..kekeke:P

Photos Taken @ Fort Canning Park

Hi People.. remember the other time as what I had promised, will take pictures of hardcore band of Megadeth & Black Sabbath, which I consider them as an old school. Megadeth, known as thrash/speed metal movement proved that they are still a force to be reckoned with. The group has lots to offer in terms of speed, tenacity & ferocity. With their lead Dave Mustaine & his band mates played their classic songs like She Wolf (this song is about full moon), Take No Prisoners, In My Darkest Hour, Hangar 18,Peace Sells & Holy Wars.

The grassy slopes of Fort Canning Park were a sea of metals horns for about one and half hours on 27 October 2007 (Saturday Night). British rock band Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio rocked the whole Fort Canning. Although original Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne & drummer Bill Wards did not perform, but the group showed why they are legends in their own right. They performed songs from their 1979 to 1982 albums. Songs they played were 1) Mob Rules 2) Children of the Sea 3) The Sign of Southern Cross 4) Falling @ the age of the world 5) Neon Nights 6) Voodoo & of cos my best of all HEAVEN & HELL. Of cos, Dio's voice indeed very powerful, together with the other band mates!!They're really talented & bravo!!

One phrase in which I can still remember Ronnie said to the spectacular crowd "sometimes I myself can't catch up with the computer age". The crowd agreed & we R.O.C.K!!

Time Pass Very Fast..

So fast time pass looking at the calendar, is almost coming to the year end. Wow!! 2007 may consider quite a blessful year for me. Kejam-kelip dah masuk bulan 10. Hari Raya visiting is never ending for me. Lots of relatives to visit, biasalah berbagai-bagai jenis juadah yg boleh saya menjamu selera. Normally I go visiting esp on the elderly side,close aunts & uncles & then will be close frens. Later next month, ramai jemputan kawen I terima. Happy for most of frens whom are getting married & going to have a family soon. Good for them!!
Alamak. ada org beri salam. My aunts & cousins are here to pay a visit on us. Riuh-rendah rumah ni... best ah & dapat berborak-borak dgn dorang. Kalo ada cerita-cerita yg best2, akan saya update kat sini.Tata!!

27 Oct 2007.. The group which I can't able to miss definitely, reunion of Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio. Oh yesh, they're in town.. Heaven & Hell. I'm counting for this concert.. almost 4 days to go.

Bought the tickets already!! Bought for 2 tickets each cost $110. Fulamak.. a must watch rock-band!!I'll definitely meet-up with some of my old frens.Biasalah, kalo sampai di sana, I just wanted to see how talented is this Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio. Will try to take photos of the band & their performace & put right here in my blog.

Today, i just started to blog..hehehe. Most of my frens already have their own blog. (Alamak aku ni dah mcm ketinggalan zaman.. weak betul aku ni. Hai baru nak blog..kekeke). Let's put aside.
